Very pleased with the carpet cleaning service I received today. This is my second time using Zerorez. Brandon was on time and explained what he was doing. He efficiently cleaned the carpets and kept any mess to a minimum. He used corner protectors to preserve the walls as well as a door flap to keep the cold air from coming in the house.

My carpets look great and any stains we had are gone. There is no residue on the carpet to attract dirt. I highly recommend Zerorez as a professional carpet cleaner.

The gentleman that arrived to service our carpets was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He took the time to show me a black light before and after of a room and explained the treatment that was being applied to our carpet. I was highly satisfied with my experience.

Excellent service! I had a spot that showed up (wicking) after cleaning (was not there before). A service technician came out twice at no extra cost to take care of it. It was obviously from something deep within the carpet that came up when cleaned. The technicians were respectful and professional! The stain is now gone and the carpet looks great! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!
